The Cultivate Plant Adoption Agency will set up an office at the Arts Iowa City Gallery on Friday April 11. We will be giving plants to visitors from 6-8pm.
If you are interested in taking care of a prairie seedling and would like to find permanent places for these plants to live, please come by. The process is easy and rewarding.
Cultivate
Cultivate is an art project centered around the creation of a community flower garden. In conjunction with an art show opening, visitors are invited to participate directly by planting seeds for the garden. They are then given a card with their plant number on it and the address to this website. Here, the participants can track the growth of their plant and the progress of the garden.
